For FAU members and locals from Erlangen-Nürnberg visits of parallel sessions and panels are possible without prior registration and free of charge.
Registration and payment
The conference registration fee covers administrative costs, conference materials, abstract booklet, and all coffee / tee / cake / lunch breaks.
Regular registration:
- Early bird rate until 31.3.2023: 250 Euro; for SLSAeu members 220 Euro (incl. taxes)
- Regular registration after 31.3.2023: 280 Euro; for SLSAeu members 250 Euro (incl. taxes)

Reduced registration fee for PhD students: 170 Euro (incl. taxes)
No registration fee for independent artists without affiliation.
For a request to waive the fee, please write an email to the conference organizers.
Payment
Once you click on the link (https://epay.bayern.de/eps-payplatform/start), you will be directed to a page where you can select the English language option. Additionally, you will receive information that you can pay using MasterCard, Visa, Debit and PayPal. After clicking the ‚To Payment Form‘ button, you will be redirected to another page where you can enter your payment information. Please enter the following PK-Nr.: 0002.0177.9628 there. After submitting the form and clicking on ‘Next’, you will be prompted to verify your information before proceeding to payment. Follow the payment instructions according to your chosen payment method.
